Crispy Fish with Mango

Ingredients A

  • 400g fresh fish (cut butterfly shape)
  • 1 egg white (corn flour for coating)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Ingredients B (shredded)

  • 1 unripe mango
  • 1 big onion
  • 6 chili padi
  • 50g fried dried shrimps
  • 50g mint leaves

Ingredients C

  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • Thai sweet chili sauce paste, to taste


Method for Cooking Crispy Fish with Mango:

  1. Mix ingredients A and coat with corn flour, deep fry in heated oil until golden brown.
  2. Sprinkle Ingredients B on fried fish.
  3. Pour Ingredients C all over fried fish and serve hot.

Tip:

You can use different kinds of fishes, like grouper, threadfin or tilapia.
