Alexander
Alexander is one of the well known cocktail all around the world.
The named of this drink after, Troy Alexander, a bartender at New York city restaurant, who made this drink in order to serve white drink at a dinner celebrating Phoebe Snow(20th century advertising campaign).
IBA Official after-dinner cocktail.
Two popular variations are
"Coffee Alexander", made with coffee liqueur instead of cognac
"Blue Alexander" with Blue Curaçao instead of creme de cacao.
Ingredients
Cognac- 30 ml
creme de cacao brown- 30 ml
Creame - 30 ml
Grated nutmeg (garnish) - 2 grams
Ice cube-- 100 grams
Preparation
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 30ml cognac, 30ml cream and 30ml creme de cacao.
3. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

- Served straight up without ice
- Garnished with netmeg
